Sinner’s Day Winter finds its home in Diest!

Dear Sinner’s Day Winter ticket holder,

In September 2022, after announcing that Sinner’s Day Winter could not take place in October 2022 due to the situation with the bankruptcy of our ticketing provider Festicket, we started paying out the first refunds. At the end of September, after hearing the news from our lawyers in the UK (Russells) that we would get nothing back from Festicket, we took matters into our own hands to protect our business and filed for a court reorganisation – putting the books down was the only other alternative, something we absolutely want to avoid as we still see a way forward!

From the onset of this reorganisation – and the associated protection – revisions to cost structures, remaining operational, following up on court responsibilities and creating a long-term vision were necessary and of priority importance.

We are proud to say that we have weathered this precarious period well and have been able to provide the final 160 rights holders, in a phased manner, with their recently requested refunds after all. In other words – the refunds will be distributed gradually over the next few weeks.  With our thanks for your patience!
